WHAT IS CBG?
What is CBG?
CBG (Cannabigerol) Is known as the “Mother Cannabinoid”. CBGa is the ONLY Cannabinoid produced by Hemp and Marijuana Plants. That sounds weird to read but it’s true, let me explain. The plant grows it in the acidic form of CBGa, and it’s the only Cannabinoid the cannabis plant synthesizes. CBG is completely NON-psychoactive, in other words, it doesn’t get you “high”, ever! and is a completely different molecule than THC, which is the only Cannabinoid that has a psychoactive affect. All other Cannabinoids are derived from CBGa, including CBG, THC, CBD, CBC and CBN. The CBGa molecule naturally transforms to the other cannabinoids through a process called sublimation. Sublimation is a natural process where different carbon chains in the molecule essentially evaporate (sublimate), transforming the molecular structure of CBGa into THCa, CBDa, CBCa, and CBNa, and sometimes the non-acidic (active) forms (i.e. CBG, CBD, CBC, CBN). This process is sometimes referred to as molecular realignment. CBG (and all the other cannabinoids) is “activated” through a process called decarboxylation which Changes a cannabinoid from the acidic form (CBGa) to the active and useful form CBG.
Will CBG get me High?
The simple answer is NO, not ever! It is completely non psychoactive! The only psychoactive cannabinoid is THC. What is the entourage effect?

What is the Endocannabinoid System (ECS)?
We have more ECS receptors in our body than any other known receptors, just to give you an indication of how important they are in our well-being.
There are 2 types of receptors, CB1 receptors are found mostly in the Central Nervous system and brain, and CB2 receptors, which are found primarily in the Peripheral Nervous system and immune cells.
